Rules

1. Event will take place February 6th so that means that all Videos will have to be submitted to me by that date. if your going to be late let me know and i will give you a few days to submit the video.
2. If you aren't going to be able to make the event let me know at least a week in advance so i can replace you and make necessary changes.
3. If you No Show you will not be allowed in next event and will forfeit any title and drop in the rankings.
4. Video must be complete, do not submit an incomplete Video or i will treat it as a No Show.
5. Video can be hosted on Youtube, Dailymotion, etc. or it can be a download like megaupload, Media fire etc.

Voting

1. Voting will begin once the videos are up, no one will allowed to vote on a match unless both videos in the matchup are up.
2. You are not allowed to vote on your match, but you can give feedback for the contestants in the matchup.
3. Voting will be written because people will take advantage of Polls and vote for them selves.
4. you must give feedback to each video along with your pick for winner of the matchup

Rising Star Cup

When 2 Worlds Collide will kick off the Rising Star cup.
1. only 8 members will be allowed to join each tourney.
2. There will be only 1 Rising Star Cup tourney each year.
3. No past winner will be allowed to join a future RSC.
4. W2WC will feature opening round matches in this years tourney with the finals taking place in the near future.
